Our meetings are held in the church hall on Wednesday evenings at 7-30 pm, we have speakers who come to talk to us on a variety of subjects, all interesting and quite often fun. We have, on occasion, concerts which are for fundraising, the cash going to selected causes including our own Jubilee Fund, we have our outings, theatre nights and the session usually includes a lot of food !!! Why not come along and meet us some evening, when you walk in the door just follow the noise --it will be the ladies having a good chat before the meeting begins, we are a very friendly bunch of people, you will even get a cup of tea before you leave to go home again.

CAMEO will start back on Wednesday 17th September with our speakers being Thelma and Joyce who will tell us about their involvement with the Ksoro School for the deaf in Africa. They fund raise for this school and with this in mind our offerings for the summer monthly meetings will go to this project. This is something we do annually. We choose a project which needs aid and our summer offerings are passed on to them.


We have a busy session ahead of us and we have interesting speakers coming along, we also have in October our fund raising concert. This one will be The Covenanters Concert party, a bit of tap dancing music, some we can sing along to and an Irish dancer, food is also included as is the rule at Cameo!! In November we will have an evening with Elspeth Hamilton Perfumier now is the time to think of Christmas and those presents you need to buy. all are welcome to come along.You might pick up a bargain.Look out for the posters for these events and do come along and give us your support.You are also welcome to join us at our weekly meetings it would be great to get some new members.
