Be still
God of all
In the quiet at the heart of the storm
We hear you say;
Be still and know that I am God.
Be still and know that I will bring peace.
Be still and know that I fear nothing.
Be still and know that I will overcome.
We hear your call
Be still,
For you know that
For in stillness and silence,
In stepping away from the world,
We will fill our wells,
And heal our souls,
Be better able in earthquake wind and fire,
To hear the still small voice of calm.
discern you call.
understand the Kingdom journey.
And walk it when everyone else seems to be going the other way.
Yours voice is clear; Be still and know that I am God.
We shall be still.
