Youth & Young Members

Young people are the future of the church and in Hillhouse Parish we are keen to provide a wide variety of opportunities for the younger members of our community to participate in clubs, organisations and worship.

From the very youngest right through the teenage years there is something for every age group and you will find a warm welcome from whichever group you choose to join.

Junior Church

The Junior Church meets on a Sunday morning while the Church service is on. Most Sundays they go into the church service for the first 20 minutes before going through to the halls.

There are four departments which are:

Beginners 3 and 4 yr olds
Juniors Primary 1 – 3
Seniors Primary 4 – 7
Lazer Group S1 – S4 (age 16)

There is also a creche available for under 3′s. Parents have the option to sit in the creche with the children and listen
to the service from there.

At the moment there are around 50 children on the register and they learn about the bible in fun ways, singing songs,
playing games, learnng bible stories and meeting new friends.
All of the activities are designed to suit the ages of the children.
